I built South Carolina's first craft distillery, scaled it internationally, and sold it to private equity. Along the way, I learned how to lead teams through chaos, build systems that scale, and turn setbacks into momentum.

Today, I work with founders and CEOs as a Fractional COO and strategic advisor, helping growth-stage companies execute with clarity and scale with confidence.
